His experience includes building & managing award-winning software development teams, managing customer relationships, marketing and launching new software products & services. Kishore launched his technology career almost 16 years ago with a Robotics software development startup and has served in multiple roles since including developer, innovation leader, consultant, technology executive and business owner. He started QBASIC programming in 8th grade followed by Fortran 77. Graduated from Bangalore University with a Mechanical Engineering degree and immediately landed in a job working as a programmer in the Robots & CNC Machine Software division. He pretty much taught himself C++, VC++, MFC, COM, COM+, App Centre 2000, VB.NET, C#.NET, WCF, XAML, WPF, HTML5, ASP.NET MVC4, Windows Mobile, Database programming etc. Kishore joined GE as a Technology Lead at GE India Innovation Center, Hyderabad. He was the Architect, designer & developer of GearTrak Product developed by GE Sensing and then moved to USA.

Before starting CoreKaizen, Kishore worked for multiple startups leading their technology development from beginning through profitability. In each case he’s focused on translating enterprise-level performance and capabilities down to smaller companies.
