Kishore presently lives near Washington DC. Kishore Babu Gaddam is a Senior Technology Consultant, Technology Evangelist turned Technology Entrepreneur and a regular speaker at national conferences, regional code camps and local user groups with over 16 years of experience in software product development. His experience includes building & managing award-winning software development teams, managing customer relationships, marketing and launching new software products & services. Kishore launched his technology career almost 16 years ago with a Robotics software development startup and has served in multiple roles since including developer, innovation leader, consultant, technology executive and business owner. He started QBASIC programming in 8th grade followed by Fortran 77. Graduated from Bangalore University with a Mechanical Engineering degree and immediately landed in a job working as a programmer in the Robots & CNC Machine Software division. He pretty much taught himself C++, VC++, MFC, COM, COM+, App Centre 2000, VB.NET, C#.NET, WCF, XAML, WPF, HTML5, ASP.NET MVC4, Windows Mobile, Database programming etc. Kishore joined GE as a Technology Lead at GE India Innovation Center, Hyderabad. He was the Architect, designer & developer of GearTrak Product developed by GE Sensing and then moved to USA.

A technology specialist in C++, C#, XAML and Azure, he successfully published two applications to Windows store http://bit.ly/WinStoreApp and http://bit.ly/FlagsApp, which won him appreciation from Intel (http://bit.ly/IntelUB) and Microsoft.

He is so passionate about apps, consulting and training that he founded CoreKaizen (www.corekaizen.com), an Intel software partner, technology consultancy and software development firm that helps customers create great web, mobile and client experiences, and these apps are often powered by cloud services. Before starting CoreKaizen, Kishore worked for multiple startups leading their technology development from beginning through profitability. In each case he’s focused on translating enterprise-level performance and capabilities down to smaller companies. He is also the CTO of a startup Synapse IT Services LLC (A Microsoft BizSpark member) and COO of another startup SciTree.com (Stanford University – Venture Lab).

Kishore has worked for several software product and technology consulting firms, and he now offers his expert software development and coaching talents to various organizations across the US and India through CoreKaizen. Teaching and leading software engineering teams are passions of Kishore. From small startups with less than 10 employees, to multi-national organizations with over 10,000 employees, Kishore and his clients, and peers find joy in his work. Over the last several years, Kishore earned the privilege to offer technical instruction on several classes for prestigious organizations like GE, Loyola University and Buchanan-Edwards.
